• Assist with setup, preparation, fit-up, and layout of metal components under supervision
• Perform basic welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on simple projects
• Support fabrication and assembly of metal weldments according to blueprints and instructions
• Operate hand tools, shop equipment, and hydraulic brake presses safely
• Participate in on-the-job training to continuously build welding and fabrication skills

• 0–5 years of welding experience or relevant vocational training, apprenticeship, or internship
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and complex blueprints
• Basic knowledge of welding standards (AWS/ASME), safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Familiarity with MIG and TIG welding techniques and a strong willingness to learn
• Dependable, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills

• Full-time position with stable working hours and overtime opportunities as needed
• Hands-on training and support toward AWS or ASME welding certifications
