Join a site‑critical quality team with real operational influence

This is a hands‑on laboratory role where your analysis directly impacts production quality and product routing decisions. You’ll gain exposure to heavy industrial manufacturing, work closely with plant operations, and build experience within a globally respected minerals business. The Calera facility plays a key role within the wider operation, offering strong visibility across plant quality and production activities.

Package / Benefits
  • Base salary with overtime potential through rotating shift structure
  • Long‑term stability with exposure to large‑scale manufacturing and quality operations
  • Opportunities to transition into broader plant or operational roles over time
  • Structured training and support from an experienced site leadership team
Why this business

This organisation is a globally established leader in mineral‑based solutions, supplying critical materials into sectors including steel, construction, environmental services, and industrial manufacturing. With operations across North America, Europe, and Asia‑Pacific, the business continues to invest heavily in operational growth, sustainability initiatives, and low‑carbon industrial solutions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Perform physical and chemical testing across raw materials, finished products, fuels, and environmental systems
  • Collect plant samples directly from operational areas and interpret results to support quality decisions
  • Route material based on laboratory analysis and maintain product quality standards across production

Support laboratory calibration, preventative maintenance, quality systems, and compliance activities
What you’ll bring
  • 1-4 years of laboratory, manufacturing, mining, aggregates, steel, or industrial process experience
