What you’ll be doing- Perform physical and chemical testing across raw materials, finished products, fuels, and environmental systems
- Collect plant samples directly from operational areas and interpret results to support quality decisions
- Route material based on laboratory analysis and maintain product quality standards across production
Support laboratory calibration, preventative maintenance, quality systems, and compliance activities
- 1-4 years of laboratory, manufacturing, mining, aggregates, steel, or industrial process experience
- Confidence working in a hands‑on industrial environment rather than a purely office‑based laboratory
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make informed quality decisions independently
- Ability to work rotating 12‑hour day and night shifts within a continuous operation
