What

You'll Do

Bring Designs to Life

  • Fabricate and assemble high-quality custom cabinetry, millwork, kiosks, counters, display cases, and exhibit components for experiential and trade show environments.
  • Interpret shop drawings, CAD files, and design specifications with precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Detailing, Project Management, and Production teams to ensure designs are fabrication-ready and optimized for execution.
  • Execute advanced woodworking and fabrication techniques, including precision cutting, laminating, shaping, assembly, and finishing.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from fabrication through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and production goals are achieved.
Lead Through Craftsmanship
  • Serve as a technical leader and trusted resource within the shop.
  • Mentor and support cabinet makers, carpenters, and shop assistants to elevate craftsmanship, productivity, and quality.
  • Help coordinate workloads and priorities to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Review work in progress and completed builds to ensure alignment with drawings, quality standards, and production requirements.
  • Provide creative solutions to fabrication challenges and complex construction details.
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure proper operation, care, and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
  • Champion shop safety standards and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, fabrication methods, and production efficiencies.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of professional cabinet making, millwork, or custom fabrication experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a lead, senior, or mentoring capacity within a fabrication or production environment.
  • Deep expertise in custom millwork and exhibit fabrication.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings, CAD-based plans, and construction documents.
  • Experience working with laminates, plywood, MDF, melamine, veneers, hardwoods, and specialty materials.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when project schedules require.

Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Trade school, woodworking, carpentry, or related technical training is an asset.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and professional experience will be considered.
