Position Overview

1st Shift – Debone Labor Trainee Line. Responsible for learning all jobs on the debone training line.

The Debone Trainee will learn all jobs including but not limited to:
Loader, Shoulder Cutter, Wing Roller, Tender Scorer, Clipper, Breast Puller, etc.

• Use knives and scissors.
• Wear all protective equipment used in performing debone jobs.
• Maintain standard job performance to continue effectively and efficiently with consistent flow of product.
• Stand throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Accept and carry through on request and directions given.
• Notify supervisor, line leader, or knife sharpener if something is wrong with knife (dull, lost, or broken).
• Learn other duties as needed.
• Keep work area clean.
