We are a nation‑wide Aerospace and Defense company looking to hire a high‑level CNC Machinist to manufacture high‑precision parts.

As a Permanent CNC Machinist (Lead Man), you will play a pivotal role in manufacturing precision parts. You will set up and operate CNC machines, interpret blueprints, ensure quality through precision measurement, and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.

• Set up and operate 4‑5 axis CNC machines according to blueprints and production specifications.
• Lead and supervise a team of machinists, ensuring efficient workflow and safety standards.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Interpret technical blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine and production issues.
• Train and mentor junior machinists.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize processes and improve product quality.
• Maintain accurate production records, including machine operation times and quantities.

• Minimum 5 years as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency operating 4‑5 axis CNC machines and setting them up.
• Extensive experience producing and inspecting precision parts.
• Strong skills in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent knowledge of precision measurement techniques and tools.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team with strong communication.
• High mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred.
