Welder Fitter

Location: Alexandria

Our client, an industry leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking skilled Welder Fitters to join their team at their Anniston, Alexandria, and Gadsden locations. As a Welder Fitter, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some required Saturday overtime

** What's the Job?*
* + Fit and weld metal parts and components based on blueprints or job specifications

+ Measure, cut, and assemble materials using proper tools and equipment

+ Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass inspections

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures

** What's Needed?*
* + Must have 2+ years of welder-fitter experience

+ Must pass a weld test

+ Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately

+ Strong attention to detail and workmanship

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
