Bolzoni Group is looking for an energetic Flow Line Coordinator who will positively influence the Materials Flow team. The Coordinator will ensure smooth and efficient flow of components and materials so lift trucks and components can be assembled with a high degree of production, sequence the flow of major components and final assembly to meet customer demand, expedite internal production flow, maintain documents to achieve build dates, and oversee lineside inventory levels and safety stock levels in accordance with established inventory targets.

• Analyze and coordinate forklift builds under the SAP/Service Reference Manual (SRM) system to meet daily customer responsiveness objectives and improve on‑time performance.
• Provide quality components and materials to manufacture forklifts based on production schedules.
• Commit trucks daily, run Non‑Replenishable Kanban (NRK) reports, re‑sequence cells as necessary, run NRK pick tickets, and distribute to stores, assembly, and fabrication.
• Sequence reports and distribution; run POS documents and distribute daily to fabrication and assembly.
• Ensure a constant flow of materials through manufacturing.
• Monitor daily reports to ensure correct documents are in production and request/monitor clear‑to‑ship, backlog, and daily slot reports.
• Communicate with Senior Planner and Operational Buyers to support continuity‑of‑supply and adequate material flow.
• Provide accurate documents ensuring proper components are on orders.
• Provide management with daily product/material shortage status.
• Track short parts using Stock Out Forms and communicate with supervisors and managers as needed.
• Advise manufacturing supervision of potential problems to ensure proper flow through manufacturing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, including obsolescence, receiving discrepancy resolution, and error tracking form resolution.
• Ensure dependable and accurate inventory to support the build schedule.
• Coordinate service orders to meet demand and external customers.
• Satisfy external customers by ensuring service fabrication shop orders and kanbans are ordered for trucks that may be down in the field, and supply shelf items to the parts depot.
• Coordinate and enter orders for kanbans on the AS400 system.
• Obtain components to support daily manufacturing.
• Communicate truck re‑promise dates in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep management and marketing informed of daily activity; maintain on‑time delivery of re‑promise dates at 100%.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Notes (ECN) and, in conjunction with Engineering, execute ECN breakpoints with manufacturing to minimize obsolescence.

• B.S. with 1 year of manufacturing experience (required). In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the heavy equipment or big lift‑truck systems industry (preferred).
• Functional knowledge of Demand Flow Technology and assembly/fabrication.
• Systems knowledge of AS400, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NOMS, CORE, EDM (preferred).
• Interdepartmental experience with planning, stores, scheduling, engineering, data control, and purchasing.
• Problem‑solving skills and good communication skills.
