Job Title

Morgère is a subsidiary of the MARC Group, an important regional group that develops activities in public works, construction, the environment, and the operation of quarries.

With around twenty employees, the MORGERE company has been working since 1902 in the service of professional fishing. Its activity mainly concerns the manufacture of trawl panels and naval repair.

Under the responsibility of Maxime, BE and production manager, your missions are organized around three themes:

Engineering (50%):

• Take into account customer requests,
• Create drawings on Solidworks according to the technical constraints of the products and then edit the manufacturing dossier,
• Find technical and economic solutions adapted to the client.

Project Management (40%):

• Manage a European R&D project by relying on the human and material resources of the company in the naval and industrial sectors.

Methods, Continuous Improvement (10%):

• Propose improvements to reduce production costs, improve the quality of fabrications and reduce the risks of accidents,
• Budget and plan the evolutions of the process over time,
• Develop and validate with the production staff the different manufacturing ranges,
• Participate in machine training related to the process and elaborate the maintenance follow-up,
• Implement and record production indicators.

With specialized mechanical or industrial maintenance training in BAC+3,

You have knowledge of the CAD software « SOLIDWORKS ».

Knowledge in the fields of construction, quarries, industrial maintenance as well as mastery of English are appreciated.
