Responsibilities

This role involves checking for bones and excess fat attached. The candidate will remove bones with a knife, pull off extra fat by hand, or trim it with a knife.

• Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching as required.
• Lifting in many areas (weight depends on area).
• Work in a cold, damp or humid environment with potentially slippery surfaces.
