Our client, a growing wood manufacturing company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Associate to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Associate
Location: Sterrett, AL
Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
(Must be available to train on 1st shift for 1 to 2 weeks)
What's the Job?
- Operate and assist with production processes on the glue line
- Load and unload wood products and materials safely and efficiently
- Stack, sort, and move finished products throughout the facility
- Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What's Needed?
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
