We are looking for an Operatore Magazzino for our production plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), which employs more than 800 people.

The warehouse operator is responsible for the management, storage, and movement of goods within warehouses and production departments. This role involves crucial tasks from receiving to shipping materials, including storage. The operator uses machinery such as forklifts or radio frequency terminals, computer systems, and associated forms.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Report S4S by filling out the appropriate form
• Receive Circle of Safety training
• Know the standard work and procedures for safely moving materials using forklifts and other equipment
• Report missed injuries to your supervisors
• Receive Circle of Quality training
• Know the standard work and procedures for quality movement of materials using forklifts, radio frequency terminals, and other equipment
• Report outdated/missing standard work
• Know the BPCS programs necessary to perform the job independently
• Know the forms, labels, and documents necessary to perform the job independently
• Know and read the metrics of your work area
• Contribute suggestions for improvement through the suggestion system
