Production Team Member- Shift

Position Overview

Production Team Member – First Shift, full‑time. Work Monday–Friday 4:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m., 40 hrs/week. On‑site manufacturing location.

• Handling and preparing materials (moving, cutting, inspecting, packing).
• Supporting machine operation and workflow.
• Learning blueprint reading and operating RF equipment independently.
• Maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety procedures.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Eligible to work in the United States; participant in E‑Verify.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Basic knowledge of measurements; metric system a plus.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical labor includes bending, standing, moving large/heavy fabric panels, stooping, kneeling, reaching with hands and arms, and working on the floor.
