At Kelly®, we're here to make job searching easier for you. We're seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Burkville, AL. This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for. We have Four Openings!!
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.75 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday for training from 6am – 2:30pm, 12-hour shifts starting the Monday after training is complete, will work a Dupont Schedule 12 hour shifts, rotating day and night shift

What's a typical day as Packaging Machine Operator? You'll be:
- Operating packaging equipment to ensure safe and efficient chemical product handling
- Performing light equipment maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues
- Occasionally operating forklifts to move materials as needed
- Reporting to the shift supervisor and collaborating with fellow team members
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred)
- Are comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating Dupont schedule
- Can safely operate machinery and perform light maintenance tasks
- Possess a willingness to learn and adapt during a comprehensive training period
- Are able to occasionally operate a forklift (forklift certification is a plus, but not required)
