This visible position is responsible for effectively and efficiently diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and performing preventive maintenance following Menasha Packaging standards for quality and safety.

• Repair and troubleshoot production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Assist in the set‑up and tear down of production lines
• Promote a safe work environment
• Inside and outside building maintenance
• Willing to work overtime and/or weekends as requested by Maintenance Supervisor/Manager
• Responsible for following and complying with Company GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and maintaining quality work and product

High School Degree or Equivalent and/or three or more years of experience in Maintenance

Electrical, mechanical and hydraulics knowledge required

Mechanical aptitude

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload

Effective interpersonal skills, including listening

Attributes desired include being self‑motivated, assertive, self‑starter, problem‑solver and results driven

• PLC and Drive Controller
• Equipment skills desired: knowledge of shrink wrap equipment, balers, heat tunnels, printers, glue machines, conveyors, carton sealer, stretch wrapper

Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and carry items weighing 50+ lbs. regularly
