Location: Cusseta
Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a production operator for 1st shift (6AM-4:30PM, Mon-Thu) at its Cusseta, AL plant. You will set up and operate resistance spot welders and power presses, inspect parts to ensure specifications, and maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires reading and following work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications, with an 8–10 hour standing expectation.
