KOCH FOODS is hiring General Labor associates at our Gadsden poultry processing plant. In this role you'll support production by loading and unloading product, trimming, deboning, packing, and palletizing poultry on fast-paced lines. Duties include operating simple equipment, maintaining clean and sanitized work areas, and following strict food safety and OSHA safety procedures. You'll work as part of a team focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to learn new skills, advance into higher responsibility roles, and build a long-term manufacturing career in a stable, growing company.
