Express Employment Professionals is hiring Melt Shop Laborers for a manufacturing facility in Loxley. This is a heavy industrial role working in a hot furnace environment. Candidates should be comfortable working around heat, performing physical tasks, and following strict safety procedures.

The plant operates 24 hours a day with two available shifts:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (+$0.50/hour shift differential)

Rotating

Schedule:

• One week:
  Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday (48 hours)
• Following week:
  Work Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday (36 hours)

Assist with melt shop operations in a hot industrial environment Perform general labor duties to support production Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist operators and team members as needed Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift

Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

Hot furnace/melt shop environment Heavy industrial manufacturing setting Requires PPE and strict safety compliance Physically demanding role with extended standing and lifting
