Responsibilities
- Customer Journey & Campaign Management:
Support the development and execution of annual customer acquisition campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Help map and optimize the customer journey to ensure smooth handoffs between marketing, enrollment counselors, registrars, and school operation teams. Coordinate the timing and execution of campaigns across email, social, website, and events. Partner with content and creative teams to develop compelling messages that resonate with prospective customers. - Lead Nurture & Funnel Optimization:
Manage and refine lead nurture workflows to improve engagement and conversion at each stage of the funnel. Monitor lead flow and follow-up processes to ensure a seamless handoff between marketing and enrollment teams. Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing, segmentation, and personalization. - Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with cross-functional partners to align goals and ensure consistent customer experiences. Track campaign and funnel metrics; provide insights and recommendations for improving lead quality and conversion. Assist in creating dashboards and reports that highlight key trends and performance outcomes. - Continuous Improvement:
Stay current on customer acquisition and journey marketing best practices. Test and iterate new approaches to messaging, content, and nurture flows. Contribute to a culture of journey mapping, data insight, and customer empathy to inform acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in marketing, campaign management, or lead generation
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, lead nurture, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Five9)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience interpreting campaign performance metrics and making data-informed decisions
- Advanced degree preferred
