Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the company’s growth strategy by planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that expand brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue across multiple locations. This position blends hands‑on execution with strategic insight, helping translate business goals into measurable marketing outcomes.

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven professional who is eager to take ownership of marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and help scale our marketing function as the company continues to grow. This role will lead digital marketing efforts, elevate the customer experience across platforms, and provide data‑driven insights that inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and forward‑thinking, with a passion for continuous improvement and a desire to help shape the long‑term marketing direction of Three Stone Homes.

Key Responsibilities

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with company leadership and the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business priorities, revenue goals, and expansion plans.
  • Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies across the company website, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including web traffic, search rankings, lead generation, and conversion data to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Drive qualified lead generation across multiple channels and support the sales pipeline with measurable marketing results.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all marketing touchpoints, including display homes and physical marketing environments.
  • Manage and maintain website content, imagery, and updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal user experience.
  • Identify emerging market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform campaign planning and strategic adjustments.
  • Evaluate audience engagement and campaign performance, recommending enhancements to improve reach, targeting, and return on investment.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to support data‑driven decision‑making by leadership.
  • Track marketing performance against sales outcomes and prepare monthly and quarterly reports highlighting trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, digital partners, and internal teams to ensure effective and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
