Skills Needed: Essential requirements:

-Western educated, trained and experienced Registered Nurse with valid professional license and registration;
-Registered Nurse specialized in Operating Theater/Operating Room;
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing- or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from an accredited program;
- Post-Graduate Specialist Certification and/or Post-Graduate Specialist Course in Nursing Specialty- preferred/advantage;
-Master’s Degree in Nursing and/or Advanced Clinical Specialty -Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist, CNS/Clinical Nurse Specialist, OR Nurse Practitioner – advantage;
-At least 3- 5 years of current experience as a Nurse Manager –Operating Room/Operating Suit or in another similar Leadership/Management Nursing Role- Senior Charge Nurse, Head Nurse, Nurse Leader, Charge Nurse- in Operating Theater/OR;
-Current- BLS and/or ACLS certification;
-Great communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and leadership skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills, nursing and administrative Skills; Empathy, Compassion, Flexibility, Patience, Attention to detail, Energetic, Quick timely response, Respect and Ability to cope to different situations are only some of the qualities that the Head Nurse/Nurse Manager- Operating Theater needs to possess;

- Western educated, trained and experienced Registered Nurse- with valid professional registration and license from country of origin;
- Registered Nurse specialized in Operating Theater/OR; CNOR -Certified Nurse Operating Room -or equivalent Specialized Certificate and/or training in OR;
- Post graduate degree or Post Specialist training program in OR preferred/advantage;
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from accredited program;
- Master´s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Management, Healthcare Management, Administration or related field- advantage;
- Minimum 7-8 years of overall clinical nursing experience ( post-graduation) in a hospital or relevant healthcare setting, whereas currently working ( for at least 4 years ) as a Nurse Manager- Operating Room or as an OR Head Nurse or as an Operating Theater- Team Leader/ Charge Nurse;
- Excellent English language knowledge and skills; Arabic language knowledge and skills- an advantage;
- CPD- Continuing Professional Development- up-do-date;
- Current- BLS and ACLS certificates;

- At least 3 years of current Operating Room Clinical Nursing Experience ( post- graduation )  in a hospital or relevant healthcare setting whereas at least 2 years of Nursing experience in the Recovery  Unit/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit;
- Current- BLS and  ACLS certificates;
- Current PALS certification;
- Excellent English language skills and knowledge; Arabic Language skills and knowledge an advantage;
