Overview

  • Position:
    Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Pay: $32.00–$40.50 per hour (based on experience)
  • Bonus: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Shifts:

    12-hour shifts
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Schedule Perk:
    Every other weekend OFF
  • Extras:
    Shift differentials

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Crossville Health and Rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment
  • Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery
Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus
