$15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Hires (Paid Monthly!)  Luverne Health & Rehabilitation is hiring  Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)  for our 7p–7a night shift.

What You’ll Do     Provide skilled nursing care to long-term and short-term residents
Ensure compliance with physician orders and care plans
Monitor clinical conditions and respond appropriately
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
What We’re Looking For     Active Alabama LPN license
Strong clinical judgment
Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
Team-first mindset
Dependability for night coverage
