Nursing Assistant (NA) – assisting registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and CNAs to provide care and ensure patient comfort.

A NA’s primary responsibilities include ensuring patient comfort, assisting with daily activities, and preparing for the CNA exam under the mentorship of experienced nurses. NA’s are key players in the facility, working alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while in charge of advanced care support.

• High school diploma or GED
• Good listening and customer‑service skills
• Energetic individual with compassion for assisting others
• Willingness to obtain CNA certification (training is paid for by the organization)
• Minimum age 18 years
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Start as an entry‑level NA and progress through nursing and leadership roles: NA → CNA → MAC/CMT → LPN → RN → RN Unit Manager.
