• Supervise and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure adherence to unit policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, medications, and treatments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Develop and implement staff education programs to promote ongoing professional development

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Alabama
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and direct staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
