Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in the Operating Room to join a dedicated surgical team at a Level 1 trauma center. With several immediate openings, skilled RNs are encouraged to apply for either day or night shifts. Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Proven experience in the operating room, ideally within a high-acuity or trauma setting
• Significant neuro surgery case exposure preferred
• Ability to quickly adapt to evolving clinical priorities
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures, ensuring sterile technique and optimal patient safety
• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and support staff in a multidisciplinary environment
• Respond quickly to emergencies; expertly manage complex situations in a Level 1 trauma setting
• Document all aspects of nursing care comprehensively and accurately
• Advocate for patients and demonstrate compassionate, evidence-based practice throughout the perioperative continuum
