Concerto Renal Services is an industry leader in sub‑acute hemodialysis within skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities.

Concerto is seeking a PRN Dialysis Technician to join its team. The PRN Dialysis Technician functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients. The role is performed under the supervision of a licensed nurse following Concerto’s policies, procedures, and training and complying with state and federal regulations.

• Direct Patient Care:
  Provide hands‑on care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including initiating and discontinuing dialysis treatments per prescribed orders.
• Vital Signs & Monitoring:
  Obtain and document pre‑ and post‑treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments; report any unusual findings to the nurse.
• Dialysis Machine Operation:
  Set up, operate, and perform safety checks on hemodialysis machines; administer heparin as permitted by state law.
• Documentation & Lab Work:
  Accurately document patient treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens as prescribed.
• Customer Service & Environment:
  Deliver excellent service to patients, families, and staff while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification (or completion upon starting in unit)
• At least one (1) year of dialysis technician experience
• Dialysis certification required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

This role involves prolonged walking, standing, stooping, and bending. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Requires strong focus and attention to detail in a clinical setting. The work environment includes temperature control, moderate noise, and potential exposure to infectious materials.
