Salary: $21.59 – $28.94 per hour + $2.25 shift differential after 6:00 pm and before 6:00 am

Provide compassionate, person‑centered care for residents in a long‑term nursing facility. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensure safety and quality of care, and help residents attain their highest functional capabilities within a respectful and caring environment.
Minimum Qualifications- Current registration as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Nursing Assistant Registry, or - enrolled in an approved Nursing Assistant training course and complete the course and competency test within four (4) months of hire, or - have completed NAD training and competency evaluation program approved by Minnesota but not yet on the Registry; must provide a faxed score report indicating a pass in both skills and written portions and become registered within four (4) months of hire.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and take clear notes.
- Experience as a certified nursing assistant.
- Experience providing activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Experience working in a long‑term care environment.
- A Minnesota Department of Human Services background check may be conducted on finalists; must pass if conducted.
- Tuberculosis (Mantoux) screening mandatory prior to employment.
- Employment reference checks for finalists; may include review of former employer documentation.
