Licensed Practical Nurse – 12 Hour Night

Job Type: Full Time. Pay:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the 12‑hour night shift. Responsibilities include administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, monitoring resident care, and supervising non‑licensed staff.

• Ensure all residents receive prescribed medications and treatments.
• Perform tasks in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility policy.
• Delegate duties and monitor non‑licensed staff.

Skills

• Previous experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Alabama.
• BLS certification.

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized care to residents. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, nutritional care, skin care, and monitoring vital signs. The CNA will review care plans daily, report changes to the Charge Nurse, and maintain a safe environment.

• Assist with ADLs, bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Provide nutritional and skin care.
• Record and report vital signs as required.
• Review care plans and communicate changes.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Current Good Standing Certification with AL Nurse Aide Registry.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
