Travel Nurse Source  is working with AMN Healthcare to find a qualified Home Health RN in Valley, AL. This travel RN home health assignment involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and coordinate care plans with physicians and other healthcare team members.

• Registered Nurse with home health experience.
• Active Alabama RN license (RN or Compact Accepted).
• 1 reference in entire work history.
• BSN or equivalent from accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Recent clinical experience in home health nursing.

• Home Health experience.
• HCHB experience.
• Oasis experience.
• Wound care expertise.
• PICC line, IV experience.
