Fulltime

Day shift 7:00a - 7:00p (Mon-Thur) and/or Weekend Warrior (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Night shift 7:00p - 7:00a (Mon-Thur) and/or Weekend Warrior (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $25-$31.75/hr based on experience

$15,000 sign on bonus FOR 2ND SHIFT ONLY (invalid if you received a sign on bonus with Venza Care in the past)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ) license

Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
