Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or departmentCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient careSupervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standardsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and adjust patient care plans as neededCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient careQualifications:
