Join our team at Altoona Health and Rehab as a Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Located at 6532 Walnut Grove Rd., Altoona. Altoona Health and Rehab is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Restorative CNA to assist with our restorative nursing program.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Implement restorative nursing interventions, including range of motion exercises, ambulation programs, and activities to maintain and improve resident mobility and function.
• Provide direct care and supervision to residents participating in restorative programs, ensuring safety and adherence to care plans.
• Document resident participation, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize resident outcomes.
• Participate in educational opportunities and training sessions to enhance restorative care skills and knowledge.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience or training in restorative nursing care preferred.
• Ability to promote resident independence and maintain safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
