- Provides direct patient care in a Behavioral Health setting for adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic mental health needs.
- Performs initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments and develops individualized nursing care plans.
- Participates in treatment team conferences to plan and revise patient goals and interventions.
- Implements nursing care, conducts group therapy sessions, and evaluates patient responses to treatment.

- Implements nursing care, conducts group therapy sessions, and evaluates patient responses to treatment.
- Licensed Registered Nurse with licensure from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Deliver compassionate, individualized care within established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to adjust care plans based on patient progress.
- Participate in group therapy and patient assessments to promote stabilization and recovery.
