What You’ll Do
  • Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
  • Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
  • Record vital signs and observe residents’ conditions
  • Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families
  • Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams
  • Uphold resident dignity and deliver compassionate care
What We’re Looking For
  • Active CNA certification in [State] (required)
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, patient, and dependable personality
  • Willingness to make a positive impact every day
