- Provides direct nursing care in a Medical ICU setting, adhering to organizational policies and protocols.
- Implements, monitors, and communicates patient care plans and conditions.
- Serves as primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines for seamless patient care.
- Executes physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assesses and collaborates on discharge planning with the healthcare team.

- Licensed Registered Nurse with credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Willingness to teach and support new graduates.
