We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.
Position Overview:Registered Nurse (RN)
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment
- Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus
- Competitive hourly wages ($32.00–$40.50 based on experience)
