Position Overview

• Provides direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans, assessing and communicating patient conditions.
• Acts as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Follows physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Coordinates discharge planning with healthcare team members.

• Current or eligible RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program with at least one year of RN experience.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross.

• Deliver patient-centered care, monitor patient conditions, and facilitate effective communication among care team members.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and certification standards.
