UAB Medicine's 6 West Post-Operative Bariatric unit at UAB St. Vincent's East in Trussville is seeking an RN to provide direct nursing care to post-operative weight loss patients on a 24-bed unit, focusing on Gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy procedures.
You will implement and monitor care plans, coordinate disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, document orders, participate in discharge planning, and ensure compliance with policies.
