RN - Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular ICU Stepdown - Multiple Shifts

Position Overview

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implements, monitors, and communicates patient care plans and conditions.
• Acts as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.
• Follows physician and nursing orders and assesses discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

• Current or eligible RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school and professional licensure at time of hire.

• Multiple shift options available, including day, night, and weekend shifts, with opportunities for bonuses.
