-Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Eight Mile, AL. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team
  • Conducting vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition, such as vital signs or symptoms
  • Perform routine tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our commitment to excellence
  • Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and empathy for our patients and their families
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN/LVN or RN licensure in the state of Alabama
  • Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong educational background, with a focus on patient care and safety
