Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team.
As a CNA, you'll work directly with residents each day, assisting with personal care and daily activities while helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

CNA Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, meals, and hydration.
- Answer call lights and respond to resident needs promptly.
- Maintain resident comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and fellow caregivers.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident care procedures.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification – REQUIRED.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, or other healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
