Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts
Full-Time | Sumter Health & Rehabilitation | York, AL
Base Pay: $27.05-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts
Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour for night shift

Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night shift nursing team.
As an LPN, you'll provide hands‑on nursing care, support CNAs, and work alongside our nursing team to provide quality care for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents.
Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post‑acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.

• Base Pay of $27.05-$29.55 per hour based on experience
• +$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
