What Your Day Will Look Like:

Go out with a teammate in a branded company truck
Visit homes and businesses to help customers remove unwanted items
Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally with every customer
Lift and move items 75+ lbs safely and efficiently
Sort items for donation and recycling to reduce landfill waste
Work closely with the operations manager to keep routes running smoothly

What We Are Looking For :

21+ years old with a valid California driver’s license
Clean driving record over the past 3 years
A positive, happy to help attitude
Willingness to work hard and stay active
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Dependable and open to learning
Availability to work at least one weekend day
Smartphone capable of downloading multiple apps
