Fortrex is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the daily sanitation team at our plant. You will supervise hourly Sanitors and Lead Persons, ensure safe operations, and maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies.
In this role you will coordinate workloads, evaluate staff for promotions, assist with safety training and ERP implementation, and report accidents. This position is on site and requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work in varied temperatures.
