Lead Quality Specialist – oversee the execution of quality, safety, and environmental processes within our Packing area. This pivotal role ensures consistent adherence to standards and acts as the primary QEHS coordination point across shifts.
Responsibilities- QEHS Coordination & Shift Oversight: Coordinate daily QEHS activities and provide functional oversight to QEHS Technicians.
- Quality Assurance & Packing Quality: Perform and oversee inspections, conduct root cause investigations, and support corrective actions.
- Finished Production Release (FPR) Support: Oversee FPR activities, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
- Environment, Health & Safety (EHS): Support EHS processes, participate in incident management, and promote safe behaviors.
- Administrative, Mentorship & Operational Support: Provide administrative support, maintain documentation, and offer mentorship to QEHS Technicians.
- Coverage & Hands-On Execution: Perform QEHS Technician duties as needed to ensure operational continuity.
- Three to five years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or QEHS-related roles.
- Experience in root cause investigation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Competitive hourly wage of $32.30/hr.
- Weekly pay.
- 2-2-3 schedule, 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
