Quality Assurance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our second-shift QA team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring food safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, and the development of Quality Assurance Technicians while partnering closely with Production and Sanitation.

• Supervise and coach Quality Assurance Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, allergen, and food safety programs.
• Monitor production to verify product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support sanitation verification, environmental monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Review quality documentation and production records.
• Assist with customer, internal, and third-party audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong food safety culture.

• 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and food safety systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field preferred.
• HACCP, SQF Practitioner, or PCQI certifications are a plus.

Pay is based on experience.
