Leasing Professional – The Collective at Sutherland
Knoxville, TN | Full-Time | Saturdays Required

Brookside Properties is looking for a Leasing Professional to join the team at The Collective at Sutherland in Knoxville, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing background who enjoys working with people and wants to grow in property management.

Saturday availability is required for this position.

• Lease apartments and complete lease agreements
• Conduct property tours and provide excellent customer service
• Respond to prospective and current resident questions
• Follow up with leads and assist with leasing and renewal goals
• Collect rental deposits and maintain accurate records
• Ensure apartments and common areas are tour-ready
• Maintain accurate resident and property files
• Stay current on availability, pricing, floor plans, amenities, and lease terms
• Conduct property inspections and maintain community standards
• Build relationships with local businesses to generate traffic and referrals
• Promote the community through social media and other marketing efforts
• Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company policies

• Saturday availability is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service, sales, or hospitality experience required
• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Experience with Entrata and social media (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus
