Food & Beverage Associate -Part Time

We are seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associates —both full-time and part-time—to join our fast-paced team. Roles include preparing short-order and snack-bar style foods, as well as supporting operations within our full bar and craft beer brewery. One year of experience in a similar food service or beverage setting is preferred.

• Greet guests as they enter the establishment.
• Work on the daily preparation of food.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Follow recipe and presentation specifications as determined by the restaurant.
• Ensure timely delivery and presentation of food and beverages to guests.
• Suggest additional menu items to compliment a guest’s meal.
• Total the guest check in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Ability to work effectively with all personality types.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the workspace.
• Check and maintain cooler storage areas for quantity and quality of food.
• Ability to work in both the kitchen and bar area.
• Prepare all foods and garnishes for consumption.
• Ability to handle food safely.
• Restock items when necessary.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Serve guests in friendly manner and encourage repeat patronage.
• Restock drink station areas and condiments on tables throughout your shift and at the end of the night.
• Leave the kitchen in functioning and clean order for the next shift.

• Perform all other duties as required.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations correctly.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 25 lbs. of force on a frequent basis and up to 75 lbs. on an occasional basis.
• Ability to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting and carrying.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• One-year bartending and/or craft brewery experience.
• R-Serve certification.
• One-year short order kitchen experience.
• Serve-Safe certification.
