General Manager

The employer is an independent franchise offering a General Manager position at a McDonald’s licensed restaurant. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters.

Minimum $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Monthly bonus potential. McDonald’s experience is a plus.

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role includes:

• Setting restaurant goals with leadership and creating plans to achieve them.
• Leading a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction.
• Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build the future team.

Ideal candidates should:

• Have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Possess a background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• Be 18 years or older.

• Paid vacation and sick/personal time.
• Education through Archways to Opportunity: high school equivalency, college tuition assistance, and ESL courses.
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
