- High school level of knowledge.
- Must be able to operate a variety of kitchen equipment. Must be able to read, write and follow instructions.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Food Service.
- Must have the ability to independently take initiative and exercise good judgment in decision-making. High degree of honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to undertake new responsibilities as assigned. Ability to work under stress.
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve as a role model and team leader for others.
