As a Host at Davenport's Pizza Palace, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a crucial role in setting the tone for the dining experience by providing a warm welcome, efficiently managing table assignments, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests in the restaurant. Your excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor will help create a positive environment that keeps our customers returning.

• - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly and positive attitude.
• - Manage the waiting list and seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover.
• - Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
• - Answer phones promptly and take reservations or manage takeout orders as needed.
• - Provide guests with information about menu offerings, specials, and restaurant policies.
• - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
• - Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• - Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• - Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe dining environment.
• - Assist with special events or promotions as needed.

• - Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but not required.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
